I took advantage of the beauty sale on UrbanOutfitters.com some time ago and I ordered this blush by Three Custom Color Specialists. I have a weakness for cream blushes. I feel that they blend more seamlessly into the skin. I also like the feel. This one has quickly become a favorite of mine, which I am very happy about since I had never heard of this brand before.

I love the texture of the product. It is creamy in the pot but it instantly takes on a powdery feel once blended onto the skin. This is my only creme-to-powder blush, so perhaps that is how they all feel but I was very surprised and pleased with this one. It is a dream to blend. Other cream blushes can be very sticky and difficult to blend out but I don't have to worry about streakiness with this product. I can apply two dark pink circles onto my cheeks and still be able to blend it out without problem! This is easy to apply by finger, but I like to use a duo-fiber stippling brush. I use a little one by Vincent Longo (#26).

The color, Kiss My Apricot, is a very pretty warm rose shade with a hint of coral/orange. The color is sheer once blended out, but it can be built up. The official website declares that the color includes "golden sheen" but once it's on my skin, I would not consider it to be shimmery. I don't actually notice any sheen at all, just a nice sheer wash of color, which is how I like it.

The packaging is sleek and cool as well!

Overall, I would highly recommend this product. It is pricey at $22.50 but I would be open to repurchasing it at that price. I got it for $9.99 during the UO sale, which it was totally worth and more. Perhaps some hunting will yield other sales!
