I think UO is a great place to find beauty products for cheap, especially in-store. Most people go there to buy clothes and accessories so it is not known for its beauty supply. As a result, a lot of its beauty products go on super sale! The last time I went, there were a lot of Pixi products on sale, as well as some very affordable Stila items. I even once found Too Faced palettes there for $9.99!
